"Healthy mind resides in a healthy body". It is with this message that heritage school jammu celebrated National sports day to mark the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dyan chand. The program started with the awareness speech by the sports captain and was followed by sports quiz and tug of war between the students of class 11 and 12. The principal of the school Mr. Akash Pradhan also enlightened the students regarding the importance of games and sports in students life. He also laid stress on the program Fit India Hit India. The function was chaired by principal, vice principal, and sports coordinator.Entire Sports department was also present at the occasion.
