‘NO DETAIL IS TOO SMALL NO EFFORT TOO BIG, EVER.'

An educator’s development programme on excellence with all stakeholders was organised by Confluence Training & Development, empanelled with CBSE, under the aegis of Ratna Sagar, in Heritage School for Primary Staff on Thursday 13th October 2017.
The workshop commenced with welcome address by the Headmistress. The resource person, Mr. Surya Narayan Bahadur has conducted hundreds of workshops for schools, Principals, Banks & MNCS. The workshop focused on personal empowerment and efficiency, time management and interpersonal relationships. He emphasized on the need for flexibility and adaptability of teachers with respect to their teaching styles and methodologies also with respect to their inter-personal relationships, as facilitators, educators and as coaches.
The staff was all praise for the manner in which the workshop was conducted. The programme ended with Vote of Thanks by the Principal.
