Heritage School celebrated The International Workers' Day, also called as Labour Day with full zeal on 2nd May 2019 in the School Auditorium.
The function commenced with a welcome address by the student council member followed by an informative article which highlighted the historical events that contributed to the emergence of labour rights and significance of the day in the present time.
After the presentation by the students,the Principal, Mr.Akash Pradhan and Sr. Secondary Co-ordinator, Ms. Archana Sharma congratulated them and thanked them for their selfless service.
In his address, the Principal acknowledged the contribution of the work force of the school and lauded their ceaseless efforts for the welfare of the school.
The workers were overwhelmed watching the function and expressed their gratitude towards the School Management, Teachers and Students for their efforts in making the day special for them.
The workers were endowed with gifts as a token of love and gratitude from the school fraternity.
The function culminated with lunch for the school work force and a group photograph.
