A game of many names, Table Tennis, is a sport which requires quick reactions, strategic thinking and persistence. It is an excellent way to get fit and stay in shape. Not only does it give a full-body workout, but it also helps improve hand-eye coordination and reflexes. Table Tennis is an important indoor sport facility provided amongst others.
