Doordarshan National conducted a Panel Discussion and Question-Answer Round regarding "Stress Management for students during Board Examinations" on 12th February 2024. Mrs. Rashmi Thakur, Vice Principal Heritage School, was amongst the distinguished educationists, mental health specialist and physiotherapist, invited to speak and address exam related queries of students. From her repertoire of teaching experience Mrs. Thakur shared valuable tips to mitigate stress and talked about the rules that the students need to follow while writing the exams.
