Ms. Mehta emphasized the importance of mindfulness and stress management through daily practices such as breathing techniques, micro-pauses and reflection. She encouraged journaling and gratitude exercises to cultivate positivity and self-awareness among teachers and shared practical strategies to maintain work–life harmony and sustain energy throughout the academic year. Teachers were introduced to simple well-being hacks related to mindset and explored ways to link personal well-being to adaptive and effective classroom delivery. The session concluded with discussions on affirmations and self-motivation, aiming to build a strong culture of confidence and positivity within the school community. The second session, held from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., was specially designed for the kindergarten staff. During the school hours, Ms. Mehta observed classroom teaching and shared valuable insights based on her expertise in early childhood education. After the dispersal of students, she conducted a focused workshop to help teachers add vibrancy to their classrooms and enhance their empathetic connection with young learners. She guided them on designing curricula that nurture emotional skills, incorporating music and movement to promote physical development and creativity and planning activities for vocabulary enhancement. She encouraged teachers to shift the emphasis from excessive writing to more holistic and engaging learning experiences.
