Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (Session 22-23)

Today the campus of Heritage School was abuzz with the hustle and bustle of the culmination of the week long celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The students of the primary wing were especially excited to celebrate the day with various activities and events lined up.
The day started with a Special Assembly conducted in the amphitheater. The walls reverberated with the chants of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and VandeMataram. The josh was really high!
The Special assembly included a group dance and a patriotic group song that everyone present just had to clap and sing along.
Classes 1-2 participated in various activities like poster making and singing. They were avid audience to the patriotic songs, skit and role play presentation by class 5 students. Classes 3-5 decorated their classes with the tricolor. They got tricolor tiffins to share with friends and also were an eager audience to the cultural program presentation of class 5. Class 5 students enthusiastically watched a documentary about how India gained its independence. They decorated the corridors and their classes. The whole school wore a patriotic festive look through the day.
